Annmarie has a proven Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience. She has worked in a variety of sectors, working with managers and their teams to improve performance of their businesses, specifically in times of expansion and fast change by creating, aligning and implementing a global human resources strategy. She has been a trusted advisor who has helped translate corporate goals and strategies into business and people strategy through the management of change and engagement for employees. Passionate about management, she believes that team building and learning as crucial to maintaining the competitive edge. Her extensive experience in smaller and mid-sized companies and Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders, with proven results and successful outcomes helped cultivate organizational cultures that embodied the concept of learning and innovation to positively impact individuals groups and companies. Annmarie devotes her time and energy for Learning Ally, but she is also active in a variety of other non profit organizations. One of them is the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee is among them. The purpose of the committee is to develop women as leaders.
