Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. After quitting her gymnastics career, she began to compete in fitness contests at the age of was just 16 years old. At the age of 17, she won her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete Model, model, as well as a sponsored athlete. After quitting her gymnastics career, she began to compete in fitness shows as a teenager. One year later at 17 She was able to earn her professional card. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Once she received her Professional Card Ariel was able to take six years off the show to pursue her education at college. The return to competitive competition in 2015 continued previous performances, in which she competed at elite events such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. When she won her first competition, she competed several more years, setting goals for herself. She had already been awarded four fitness awards. In 2009, she became named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel spent the first six years of competition to get her college diploma. Following the IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel was able to make a comeback in her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The athlete placed 3rd at the show. In the summer of 2016, she took home her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she qualified for Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage three months later taking sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectation prior to that and was proud of the result. It's not surprising that she did so well given the level of competition. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing an improved version of her body each year. Ariel's top body part to exercise is the back. This is made up of bent-over rows, lat-pull-downs using a single arm with a pull-up device as well as sitting rows. First, she warms up and then moves on to working out. Additionally, Ariel prefers to utilize her time in the most efficient way possible. Ariel accomplishes this by setting all of her back exercises, and doing three or four supersets of 10-12 repetitions. The routine she follows is type of workout twice per week one day being lighter weight and the other heavy weight day.
