Taylor Momsen was born in Saint. Louis in Missouri. She is a famous American singer/songwriter/model/actress. Her most well-known role is Jenny Humphrey as part of the CW drama Gossip Girl, and also as the singer in The rock group The Pretty Reckless. Momsen has seen her music featured in television and films including How to Be single Going far as well as Two and a Half Men. Taylor Momsen was born on July 26 1993. she is the younger sibling of Sloane Momsen who is also an actress. She studied dancing in the Center of Creative Arts St. Louis. The actress began her professional acting career when she was three in a national commercial for Shake and Bake. Momsen's acting career slowed to abruptly stop in the span of three years. Momsen was then offered the role as the main character in the film Misconceptions on WB. Momsen also appeared on the show Saving Shiloh in the year 2006. In addition, Momsen was a candidate to be the lead character for Hannah Montana. She was in the top 3 but Miley was chosen to play the lead role.
