Zoe-perry
Perry is born July 25, 1968 in Chicago in Illinois. She was the daughter of Laurie Metcalf Perry and Jeff Perry. Her first television roles were two appearances on the show as Jackie Harris (as seen in flashback) on her role on the ABC sitcom Roseanne as the character played by her mother. The actress did not go on to consider a career in acting until she reached adulthood because her parents were afraid of the negative consequences stress can cause. Perry shy and shy to be a part of the theater in her school, began performing at Northwestern University because she wanted to make new friends. Perry moved to New York, where she was offered small roles in shows like Law & Order: Criminal Intent. Home sickiness led Perry back to California, where theater jobs were in demand. In the year 2016, Perry appeared on nine episodes on ABC's drama The Family. Perry was also featured in an appearance on ABC's political thriller Scandal alongside her father. The actress also portrayed in the role of a young Mary Cooper in Young Sheldon, which is a CBS spin-off of The Big Bang Theory. The role was offered to her by auditioning for an open role despite having a connection to the role.
